小波去噪在矿用钢丝绳损伤检测中的应用与研究

Research on Noise Reduction in Mine Steel Cable Flaw Signal Based on Wavelet Analysis

摘要:

给出了矿用钢丝绳损伤检测系统的设计及小波分析降噪的原理,重点针对电磁干扰对信号采集的影响,阐述了应用小波分析理论实现降噪的方法。测试结果表明,基于小波多分辨率分析对损伤信号的分解与重构处理,有效的去除了野点、工频干扰和其他众多噪声,克服了传统滤波方法的不足,为矿用钢丝绳缺陷信号的定量识别打下可靠的基础。

Abstract:

The paper gave the design of steel cable damage detection system and the principle of the wavelet analysis for noise reduction, focusing on electromagnetic interference effects on signal acquisition to realization noise reduction depend on wavelet analysis theory. The testing results showed that the processing of decomposition and reconstruction on damage signal which based on wavelet multi-resolution analysis effectively removal of wild, the power frequency interference and many others noises, overcome the traditional shortcomings of filtering, achieve a reliable foundation for steel cable flaw signal identification.
